We are very excited about
this boy, the first male we ever considered good
enough to keep. We should have known from the freckles
on his face that he'd have an exuberant, confident
personality. Now that he's finished his
championship, Dustin is heading back to the agility ring and the
tracking fields.

Oh, yes, he has herding
instinct! Dustin earned his HT (Herding Tested) title at
the SSCNC herding tests on June 4-5, 2006, his JHD on sheep
on October 7-8, 2006 at the Willowside Goose Wranglers tests,
and his PT on sheep the weekend of November 4-5, 2006. |

After a hiatus from agility
while he finished his breed championship, Dustin returned to
finish his OAJ and his OA in 2009.
He's one speedy boy, and I'll have to learn to handle him better
before he can reach his potential. He's a lot faster than
I'll ever be. |
